Yeah; well. I mean, they sent someone down right after it happened.

I know. But you did let them look at you, right?

[ They also told him to get a head scan, which they seemed to be obsessed with. He'd just popped the pain pills he often had on hand and got some extra sleep in his room. He'd survived headaches plenty of times. ]

I'd imagine. They didn't spend much time with any one person down there, though, I don't think.

Go back down there and get checked out again. I want a full report when you're done.

[ He knows better than to persist after this. Carolina would have had his head if he'd tried that with her. There's only a small pause before he answers. ]

Hey, no problem. I was thinking though, it makes sense to come up with a schedule, you know, just in case something like this could happen again. If this had happened on gamma shift I think most people down there would have been asleep.

There are always at least two of us down there. [ Sleep, what's that? ] But we have a schedule, technically.

[ Over here, only most people don't fill it out and it's easy to miss in all the posts that go around after apps close. ]

Technically. Yeah. I feel like most people just show up when they want, work as long as they want, though, you know?

Part of it depends on who's doing flight training -- they have to work with other people's schedules. A few people work in other departments as well as in the shuttle bay as well, and sometimes, things just happen. As long as the work gets done and everyone does their share [ and she does watch and she does put her foot down when it isn't ] then when during the day isn't as important, not yet.

[ He does stifle a sigh, because he feels like he's seen a hole in the way things are run and she's pretty stubbornly defending the way things have been run. But he's not going to persist unless he sees a better chance to bring it up again. ]
